Offer your students more than a simple trip: give them an experience that begins well before they set off and keeps giving after they return.
“The World and Me” is a free toolkit that helps youth learn more about themselves, discover their place in the world and find meaning in their adventures.
It includes:
Through simple, engaging activities, students develop skills they can use all their lives.
A practical guide to help you incorporate times to brainstorm and chat, before during and after the trip. Each activity is designed to spark curiosity and enrich the experience.
A printable notebook where students can note their impressions, take on challenges and keep track of what they discover – about the world and themselves.
Video Capsules
Short, inspiring videos that present the program’s challenges, make them easier to understand and bring them to life. They offer ideas to start discussions and encourage reflection.
Please note that this content is intended for Grade 5 and 6 students and is currently available in French only.
Our travel funding program
We truly believe that the benefits of travel on personal development should be accessible to all young people.
Thanks to our travel funding program, we support school travel projects for students in the 5th and 6th grades from disadvantaged backgrounds in Quebec.
Selection criteria:

Our program offers funding of up to $10,000 per class to help make school trips more accessible.
From September 1 to November 30, 2026, eligible schools will be able to submit a funding application for a school trip taking place in spring 2027.

Hiking Quebec
Since 2022, Rando Québec has been working with the Société pour la nature et les parcs (SNAP Québec) to better characterize the ecosystems crossed by the Trans Canada Trail and study the different mechanisms to protect it in perpetuity.
